When you submit content to The806er — including tips, photos, video, event details, or other materials — the following terms apply. You agree to them when you use the Submit form or otherwise send us content.

The license you grant

You grant SystemX and The806er a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, publish, republish, distribute, and display your submission across our platforms and channels, in whole or in part, in any media.

Your warranties

• You own or have the right to share the submission and to grant this license.
• The submission does not infringe anyone's copyright, privacy, or other rights.
• You have permission from any identifiable people in photos or video, where required.
• The content is truthful to the best of your knowledge and not defamatory or unlawful.

Editorial discretion

We are not obligated to publish any submission, and we may edit submissions for length, clarity, accuracy, or standards. Nothing you submit is published automatically — everything is reviewed by a person first.

Attribution

We credit contributors where appropriate, but attribution is not guaranteed and may be withheld on request or for safety reasons.
